The project “Open Ideas for Montenegro” is implemented by the UNDP in Montenegro, in cooperation with local NGOs DigitalizujMe, Centre for civic education, 35mm and MogUL. In the first phase we listened to the voices of citizens about the issues (and their suggestions for solutions) of accessing basic services such as health care, education, as well as about the issues related to transparency and accountability of public administration, use of public resources, youth unemployment and fight against corruption. In the second phase we organized a competition, in which the teams comprised of programmers, designers and activists had an opportunity to present their solutions of problems identified in the first phase.
