The Regional Program for Local Democracy in the Western Balkans 2 (ReLOaD2) is funded by the European Union and implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in six countries and territories of the Western Balkans: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), North Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo* and Serbia.

The second phase of the program began on January 1, 2021. The goal of the program in the next four years is to strengthen the partnership between local self-government units (LGUs) and civil society and youth in the Western Balkans.

The program's implementation reflects in developing and expanding a transparent approach to financing non-governmental organizations (NGOs) from the local self-government budgets to meet the needs of the local community. This program is a continuation of the good practice of the first phase of ReLOaD, which serves as a model for action in the second phase of the program.
